Exhibition catalogue published in connection with the presentation of Jan Cox's Iliad cycle in Thessaloniki in 1997. The publication focuses on Cox's pictorial interpretation of Homer's Iliad and the themes of war, violence, heroism, suffering and human destiny that characterize the cycle. It contains texts by Freddy Decreus, Philippe Pirotte and Francisca Vandepitte and documents the exhibition held at the Institut Français in Thessaloniki from 12 September to 8 October 1997.
