Nobel Chemists is a photographic and biographical collection presenting all Nobel Prize laureates in Chemistry from the beginning of the prize to the early twenty-first century. Photographer Peter Badge, in cooperation with the Lindau Nobel Laureate Meetings and the Smithsonian Institution, portrays each laureate in striking black-and-white photographs accompanied by concise biographical notes. The book captures the diversity of personalities and achievements behind the major discoveries in modern chemistry — from molecular biology and catalysis to materials science and quantum chemistry — showing both the human and scientific sides of these pioneers.
